Paisley Shaped

Fueled with a healthy dose of Cafe Salvation's rhubarb & custard cake (it's GOOD, try some), today's trusty workshoppers tackled the making of paisley shaped brooches.
Using felt as their base material, each person began with the same tear drop shaped template before letting their personal choice of colour, stitch and felt shapes run wild to create something unique.  There are lots of design possibilities with these brooches and they are so much fun to make! Thinking we might repeat this session in the Autumn. Watch this space.

Thank you both!
Groovey indeed Lois but without the smell of patchouli! Just odour of cake...
