Unmasked!

If you're quick tomorrow (and in the Hereford area) you might just catch a glimpse of the lesser spotted, and very shy, Silva Populi tribe. We will have a small number of these little creatures in jars for sale on our stall.
You might recall that because these fellows are so shy they try to disguise themselves as woodland birds and beasts, complete with a tiny mask to hide their big, brown eyes. You might not know that they each have a brooch pin on their backs and on days when they are feeling bold they enjoy being taken out of their jar and pinned to your lapel for an adventure. 
The small SP in the photographs below, disguised as an owl, is a little braver than most and he has kindly allowed us to photograph him without his mask on. Just don't stare too hard, you might make him nervous...
